This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through miraandmini.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any direct order channel of Mira & Mini.

By placing an order with Mira & Mini, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed successfully, our team reviews the order details, product availability, size, payment status, and delivery address.

Orders are processed only after:

  • Successful payment confirmation, or
  • Order confirmation from our team in case of eligible direct/WhatsApp orders

Please make sure that your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct at the time of placing the order.


2. Dispatch Timeline

We try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Customised or Made-to-Order Products

Customised, altered, or made-to-order outfits may take longer depending on the design, fabric availability, size requirement, stitching, finishing, and quality check.

Customised or made-to-order products are usually dispatched within 7 to 15 business days, unless a different timeline is confirmed by our team.

Collection Launches or Sale Periods

During new collection launches, festive periods, sale periods, or high order volume days, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience and will always try to keep you updated.


3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Delhi-NCR: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Metro cities: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
  • Other Indian locations: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Remote or less serviceable areas: Delivery may take longer

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, festivals, lockdowns, natural events, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to serviceable locations within India.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier partner’s serviceability for your PIN code.

If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you to discuss possible options. If delivery is not possible after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout before payment.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

From time to time, Mira & Mini may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, locations, or order values. Such offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Please note that shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Mira & Mini or the issue is from our side.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier partner picks up the shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected dispatch timeline, you may contact us with your order number.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery at the shipping address provided by the customer.

Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • The phone number is active and reachable.
  • Someone is available to receive the package.
  • Courier calls or delivery messages are responded to on time.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be marked as failed delivery or returned to origin.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Mira & Mini will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available at the address
  • Customer refusing the delivery

If the order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete customer details, reshipping charges may apply.

For customised or made-to-order products, refund may not be applicable in such cases.


9. Return to Origin / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us because of failed delivery, wrong address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will review the case after the shipment reaches us.

Depending on the situation:

  • The order may be reshipped after payment of additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Refund may not be applicable for customised or made-to-order products.
  • Re-dispatch will be done only after confirmation from the customer.

If the customer does not respond within a reasonable time, Mira & Mini reserves the right to hold, cancel, or close the order case as per our internal process.


10. Delayed Delivery

We always try to ensure timely delivery, but delays may happen due to reasons beyond our control.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Strikes or local restrictions
  • High order volume
  • Remote delivery location
  • Natural events or emergencies
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details

Mira & Mini will not be liable for courier delays once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner. However, we will do our best to support you and coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.


11. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, torn, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package if possible.

If you have already accepted it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and guide you as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please do not use, wash, alter, or remove tags from the product before raising a complaint.


12. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the products received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will help you with replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as applicable.


13. International Shipping

At present, Mira & Mini primarily ships within India.

If international shipping is available in the future, shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, import taxes, and return rules may vary depending on the destination country.

14. Shipping for WhatsApp or Instagram Orders

Orders placed through WhatsApp, Instagram, or direct communication with our team will follow the same shipping terms mentioned in this policy.

Customised and made-to-order outfits require additional time for confirmation, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality checking.

Shipping timelines for customised products will be shared by our team before or after order confirmation, depending on the requirement.

Please note:

  • Customised orders may take longer than ready-to-ship products.
  • Urgent delivery requests are subject to approval.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on design complexity and courier availability.
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

16. Order Splitting

In some cases, if your order contains multiple products, we may ship them separately depending on product availability, customisation requirement, or dispatch timelines.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking details may be shared separately for each shipment.
