At Mira & Mini, every outfit is made, checked, and packed with care. We want you and your little one to love what you receive. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a genuine issue with size, product condition, or order delivery.

This Return & Exchange Policy explains when a product can be returned or exchanged, what conditions apply, and how you can raise a request with us.

By placing an order on miraandmini.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any direct Mira & Mini order channel, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. When a Product Is Eligible for Return or Exchange

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size from our side.
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
  • There is a genuine quality issue approved by our team.

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Mira & Mini.


3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be unwashed.
  • The product must not be worn, altered, damaged, stained, or perfumed.
  • Original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging should be intact.
  • The return or exchange request must be raised within the allowed timeline.
  • The product must pass our quality check after we receive it.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return or exchange request may be rejected.


4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Altered or specially requested outfits
  • Products purchased under final sale or clearance sale
  • Products damaged due to customer use
  • Products that have been washed, worn, stained, altered, or perfumed
  • Products without original tags, labels, invoice, or packaging
  • Products returned without approval from Mira & Mini
  • Products purchased from any third-party seller or reseller
  • Products where the issue is due to minor colour variation, lighting, photography, screen display, or handcrafted variation

Customised or made-to-order products can be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side.


5. Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, especially for children’s clothing. We request customers to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

A size exchange may be considered if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The requested size is available in stock.
  • The product is not customised or made-to-order.
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product passes our quality check.

If the wrong size was selected by the customer, reverse pickup charges and reshipping charges may be applicable.

Age-based sizes are only general references. Fit may vary depending on height, body type, fabric, design, and comfort preference.


6. Customised and Made-to-Order Products

Mira & Mini offers selected customisation options such as size adjustments, length changes, mommy & mini matching combinations, and minor design changes.

Please note:

  • Customised and made-to-order products are specially created for you.
  • Such products cannot be returned or exchanged for size, fit preference, colour expectation, or change of mind.
  • Once confirmed, customised orders are processed as per the details shared by the customer.
  • Customers are requested to confirm size, measurements, design, colour, fabric, and occasion details carefully before placing a customised order.

Customised products will be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The mistake is clearly from our side.

Minor differences in handwork, fabric texture, colour tone, embroidery, fit, or measurement may occur in handcrafted or customised pieces. Such minor differences will not be treated as defects.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • A short description of the issue

Please do not use, wash, alter, or remove tags from the product before raising the request.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and confirm whether the product is eligible for return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund.


8. Colour, Fabric and Handcrafted Variations

We make every effort to show product colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen brightness and display settings
  • Fabric dye lots
  • Handcrafted finishing
  • Embroidery or stitching variations
  • Natural fabric texture

Such minor differences are normal and will not be considered defects.

Mira & Mini products are made in small batches, and slight handcrafted variations may make each piece unique.


9. Return Pickup and Shipping Charges

Return pickup depends on courier serviceability in your location.

If the return or exchange is approved due to our mistake, such as damaged product, defective product, wrong item, or wrong size sent from our side, Mira & Mini may arrange reverse pickup where available.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

If the exchange is requested due to customer reasons, such as wrong size selected by the customer or change in preference, reverse shipping and reshipping charges may be applicable.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.


10. Quality Check Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check by our team.

The return or exchange will be approved only if:

  • The product is unused and unwashed.
  • Tags, labels, invoice, and packaging are intact.
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, stained, or perfumed.
  • The product matches the issue reported by the customer.
  • The product meets the return and exchange conditions mentioned in this policy.

If the product fails the quality check, the request may be rejected. In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges may apply.


11. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • Our team will confirm the available replacement product or size.
  • The original product must be returned in unused and approved condition.
  • Once the product passes quality check, the exchange will be processed.
  • The replacement product will be shipped as per availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit, another suitable product, or refund where applicable.

Exchange timelines may vary depending on product availability, courier serviceability, and location.


12. Refunds for Return Cases

Refunds are applicable only in approved cases and are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

A refund may be considered if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Replacement is not available.
  • The product issue is confirmed by our team.
  • The return request meets all conditions.
  • The returned product passes quality check.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method. The final credit timeline may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used by the customer.


13. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit may be offered for:

  • Approved exchange cases
  • Size exchange cases
  • Product unavailability after return approval
  • Customer preference changes approved by our team
  • Replacement not available in the same size or style

Store credit can be used for future purchases from Mira & Mini within the validity period communicated by our team.


14. Orders Placed Through WhatsApp or Instagram

Orders placed through WhatsApp, Instagram, or direct communication with our team will follow the same Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers are requested to confirm product details, price, size, design, colour, fabric, customisation details, delivery address, and payment details before confirming the order.
