Yes. Comfort is one of our biggest priorities.

Customisation may include size adjustments, length changes, mommy & mini matching combinations, or minor design changes depending on the product, fabric availability, and production timeline.

10. Are customised products returnable?

Customised and made-to-order products are generally not returnable or exchangeable.

They can be considered for return or exchange only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a clear mistake from our side.

11. How do I choose the right size?

For children’s clothing, age-based sizing is only a general reference. Fit may vary depending on the child’s height, body type, fabric, design, and comfort preference.

Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Customised or made-to-order products may take around 7 to 15 business days to dispatch, depending on design, size, fabric availability, and production work.

During festive periods, sale days, or new collection launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.

23. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Returns due to change of mind, colour preference, wrong size selected by the customer, or style preference may not always be accepted.

Customised, made-to-order, final sale, or clearance products are generally not returnable.
