Mira & Mini is a mommy & mini twinning clothing brand that creates handcrafted outfits for mothers and daughters. Our products include girls’ dresses, mommy & mini matching sets, co-ord sets, shirt dresses, dungarees, embroidered dresses, party wear dresses, and selected customised outfits.
Our products are made in small batches with a focus on comfort, style, quality, and emotional connection.

- Once a customised order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Exact replication of a design may not always be possible due to fabric availability, handwork, or production limitations.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and paid for, the price paid at the time of order will apply to that order.

Online payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateway partners. Mira & Mini does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or confirmation from our team in case of eligible manual/WhatsApp orders.

From time to time, Mira & Mini may offer discounts, launch offers, coupon codes, or promotional pricing.

If we cancel a prepaid order from our side, the eligible amount will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customer location, courier serviceability, customisation requirements, weather conditions, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with the customer through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any available communication method.
Mira & Mini is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, natural events, strikes, restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Cancellations
Cancellation rules may vary depending on whether the product is ready-to-ship, made-to-order, customised, discounted, or already shipped.
In general:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, packed, customised, or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Mira & Mini may cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable, payment fails, address is incorrect, or any suspicious activity is detected.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
As a clothing brand, we request customers to carefully check size, product details, colour, fabric, and customisation details before placing an order.
Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The product has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- The original tags, packaging, or invoice are missing.
- The product was customised or made-to-order.
- The product was purchased under final sale or clearance.
- The return request is made after the allowed return/exchange window.
- The issue is due to minor colour variation, screen display difference, or expected handcrafted variation.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within the timeline mentioned in our policy, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds, wherever approved, will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Product Care
Each product should be used and cared for as per the care instructions provided on the product page, label, or packaging.
We generally recommend gentle washing, avoiding bleach, drying in shade, and using low heat while ironing where applicable.
Mira & Mini will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, rough use, colour bleeding due to improper care, ironing mistakes, harsh detergents, or failure to follow care instructions.

Customers are responsible for:

- Checking product details, size chart, fabric, colour, price, and delivery information before placing an order.
- Being available to receive delivery.

Mira & Mini will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

All content on miraandmini.com, including brand name, logo, product images, designs, text, graphics, website layout, collection names, styling, photographs, and other materials, belongs to Mira & Mini or is used with proper permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, use, or publish any content from our website or social media for commercial purposes without written permission from Mira & Mini.
Unauthorised use of our content, images, designs, or brand identity may result in legal action.
15. User-Generated Content
