Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love every twinning moment with Mira & Mini.
But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ve made returns & exchanges simple, fair and fast. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Returns (Store Credit Only)
- We offer store credit only – no cash refunds.
- Store credit is valid for 90 days and sent via email after we receive and approve your return.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our Return Portal.
- We arrange pickup through our logistics partner (small courier fee applies – usually ₹80–150 depending on location).
- In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable, we’ll inform you and you can self-ship the product (we’ll provide the exact address and reimburse reasonable shipping cost on approval).
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging (including polybag, tissue, hangtag).
- Once we receive the item, our team does a quick quality check (usually within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays & holidays).
- If approved, store credit is emailed immediately (check inbox/spam/promotions folder).
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Sale/discounted/final sale items
- Jewellery, accessories, intimates, or hygiene products
- International orders (unless customer agrees to bear full return shipping cost)
2. Exchanges (Size/Style Only – Limited)
- Exchanges are allowed only for size change in the same design/style (no style swap across different products).
- First exchange is free (including pickup & redelivery) if requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Raise request via the same Return Portal:
- Additional exchanges (second or more) will have a ₹100 fee per item (deducted from store credit or added to redelivery).
- If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll inform you – you can wait for restock or receive store credit instead.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Same pickup & quality check process as returns (2–4 business days).
- Redelivery happens within 4–7 business days after approval.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Raise a request within 7 days of delivery using our Return Portal (link above).
- Select return/exchange reason, upload photos of the item (with tags visible) if asked.
- We’ll confirm your request within 24 hours and arrange pickup (or give self-ship instructions).
- Pack securely: include order number, your name & mobile number on the package.
- Send to the address we provide (usually our Faridabad warehouse).
- Once received & approved, we process store credit (or redelivery for exchanges).
4. Refund Timeline & Process
- Store credit is issued within 2–4 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Credit is sent via email (valid 90 days).
- For COD orders: refunds are always issued as store credit only.
- For prepaid orders: if rare cash refund is approved (case-by-case), it goes back to original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank processing time extra).
5. Important Notes
- Colour variations: Colours may appear slightly different on different devices/screens – we are not responsible for this and it’s not a valid reason for return/exchange.
- Hand-printed items: Slight colour/print variations are natural in handcrafted/hand-printed products – they are not defects.
- Damaged in transit: If item arrives damaged/defective, raise request within 48 hours with photos – we’ll replace it free of cost (including pickup).
- International orders: All sales are final unless customer agrees to bear full return shipping cost back to India.
